UNFALLEN
It’s a Christian Fantasy story about the Creator and his people awakening to the sufferings of all people. Unlike our Adam and Eve story, no one ate the forbidden fruit until generations later. The two families went their own ways, both finding life easier without the others.
About The Author
MICHAEL SWANK
My wife and I have been married for over 50 years. We have a son, a daughter, and one grandchild, Levi. We were married after we finished college. I went straight to graduate school in counseling while my wife, Nancy, went to work as a nurse. We’ve hopscotched over each other as chief wage earners, over the years. I went back to graduate school in computer science, for a brief time in A.I. at Xerox, and ended up designing software for The Rochester Group. Nancy returned to graduate school and became a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, working in the emergency department.
About The Books
UNFALLEN
It’s a Christian Fantasy story about the Creator and his people awakening to the sufferings of all people.
Unlike our Adam and Eve story, no one ate the forbidden fruit until generations later. The two families went their own ways, both finding life easier without the others.
The Creator has appointed protectors, or judges, to watch over his people. They have the “gift of life” which allows them not to die and to heal others. When a person dies, their life passes before their eyes; a judge can read the eyes that show their entire life and offer mercy and healing.
Samuel is generations old and passes the “gift of life” to two young trainees. Too young, really; mistakes are made. The Unfallen people are at risk again, being eyed to be conquered and enslaved. Very little happens as planned. Help comes from unexpected corners. The boys risk everything, and the Creator has to bail them out.
The Unfallen people change. The Creator is reminded of what he really wants.
